Bird Watching
The Red Kite Feeding & Rehabilitation Centre at Rhayader, if you haven't seen enough red kites at Kite Hill Yurts go to see hoards of them arrive for a daily feast.
The Brecon Beacons
The Brecon Beacons National Park is is home to lakes, waterfalls, forests, market towns and the highest peak in southern Britain. Perfect for sailing, fishing, walking and wildlife spotting.
Visit the ruins of Bronllys Castle for free and enjoy the views from the stone keep or head to Tretower Court and Castle for a taste of castle living as it was.
